The strong reinforced Grid Cloth woven polyester material, dyed to a full straw color correction.  Combines the wide beam dense diffusion spread and soft shadowless light of a grid cloth with the color qualities of full straw:  Daylight to Tungsten 3200K with a slight yellow bias.
